NO COUNTING CROWS, NO SHERYL CROW, NO BLACK CROWES, AND NOTHING OFF THE CROW SOUNDTRACK (the Cure excepted).

Someone should will me a radio station. It would lend some much needed dignity to America's airwaves. You wouldn't hear no Dave Crappews coming out of that baby.

Punk

Blondie A very comprehensive page about my darling heroine Debbie Harry's band!
Johnny Rrrrrrotten! One of only two sites entirely devoted to my main man.
The Clash Rock the Casbah!
Billy Idol Wait. Did I say I cared what you thought?
X-ray Spex : An inspiration to us all!
The Raincoats. You can get a free t-shirt pretty easy on this site, by the way.
Heck, let's just go for the gold. Women in 1970's Punk

New Wave

Adam Ant I really don't know why everyone acts like Adam Ant is such a big joke nowadays. I think he's great!

The B-52's Cosmic Thing was the first tape I ever bought when I was twelve years old (second was R.E.M. Green, then The Cure Disintegration, then Depeche Mode Violator, then Sinead O'Connor I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got), and I was obsessed with this band all through junior high. They still hold a very special place in my heart.
The Cure This, the Cure's official homepage, gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling inside.
Echo and the Bunnymen Why, it's Echo and the Bunnymen!
Morrissey understands. (He also has a bunch of psycho fans! Take a look, it's very interesting...)

Ska

Madness What more can you want than cute, nutty British boys with nice shoes and horns?

Techno

Pet Shop Boys One of the reasons life is worth living is you can easily spend a week just looking at all the PSB stuff on the web. Here is one of the best sites.

Britpop

Blur Fuck Oasis! Who needs 'em when you have Blur with ten times as much talent and boys who are twenty times better looking?

Moldy Oldies

Steely Dan For some reason I have this huge affinity for Steely Dan. I'm sure it's Donald Fagen's voice.

and then there's Tori.

Old Punks Webzine If you wanna basically know what's good or bad, visit this site. The only thing wrong is the total aversion to electronica here.

NME - New music news fresh from London where people's taste in music doesn't suck quite as bad as it does here.

This Pet Shop Boys-esque background came from Julie's Busy Backgrounds.
