Change Manager

Developed & implemented new process for managing and doing cost-analysis of changes to BT’s Mobile Internet global platform and G-shop. The monthly change management budget was £300 000, and changes needed to cost-justified, prioritised, and approved. Work was done as a summer intern.

 

1998 - 2000 xwave Solutions Ottawa, Ontario
Software Consultant
Served as team leader, working in conjunction with clients, and other team members to outline specifications and develop software for e-business systems using JAVA and Oracle. The contracts generated approx. $9 million in revenue annually.

 

1997 - 1998 Nortel Ottawa, Canada
Software Developer
Worked on team that developed a Visual Basic & JAVA application to monitor service on a VPN, which served as a value added feature for sales of Nortel network products in excess of $50 million per year
