draco loves up on his girl, dara, a mountain lion who came to us from a las vegas circus act with a black leopard named shaquille. she was sick a while ago with some kind of a spinal disorder, and draco was there with her as she recovered. in return for his patience and love, dara became his friend. when she was still with us, he could walk up and call her, and she would run over to him and lick his hand through the cage. anyone else she would just ignore. we recently gave her to a refuge in panama beach where she will enjoy a larger habitat and, hopefully, as much love as she had here.
