<~~Adonnis
- a male Black Asian Leopard born 3/1/90 and came to us May 27, 1995
from Oklahoma along with Venus and Bagheera. He is a declawed, proven male breeder, who's
owners moved and did not have room for him in their new location. He weighs about 150 pounds
and is surprisingly affectionate, although he is not safe to handle any longer.
Black Majik~~>
- a male Black Asian Leopard. He was born at Easy Street along with his
brother, Jumanji on 2/23/96 and was bottle-raised. His natural parents are Saber and Lola. His true
Papa now is Jim Moore.

- a male Black Asian Leopard. He was born at Easy Street along with his
brother Black Majik on 2/23/96 and was bottle-raised. His natural parents are Saber and Lola, but his real mommy is Jamie Veronica.
Nyla~~>
- a female Asian Spotted Leopard born 6/6/94 came with her brother, Simba, on
8/4/94. She is a little cross-eyed and very mischievous. Her favorite game is to run past you and
leap up and bounce off the fence onto your back. She gets very jealous if Simba is getting the
attention and will begin making a nuisance of herself until all the attention is focused on her. All she
wants is your undivided affection.
<~~Sundari
- a female Asian Spotted Leopard born to Nyla and Saber on November 15,
1996. This is Nyla's first and Saber's third. She has been bottled raised at Easy Street and has
become so attached to Carole that she refuses to give up her bottle. She's a must see!
<~~Jade and Armani
- These twins sisters came to us from Africa when they were cute little fuzzballs of kittens. Now they're growing quickly, and this picture, taken at 8 months, they're already showing signs of being the biggest leopards we have. They are both very tame; as you can see, Armani is wearing a harness because she has just come back from a walk with one of the volunteers. Jade is a little bitey, so Armani has become the ambassador leopard for Easy Street.
This large, lithe cat is found in the deserts, grassland, lowland forests, and mountain regions across
Africa and Asia as there is sufficient cover and prey. The Leopard is one of the longest of any cat as
it has a very long tail, in relation to its body size. Although Leopards are excellent swimmers and
climbers, they for the most part, hunt on the ground. Similar to Tigers, they are solitary and secretive
animals, but will come together for courtship and breeding.
A Leopard's weight can reach up to 198 pounds, head and body up to six feet, three inches, and tail
up to three feet, seven inches. The Leopard's diet consists of gazelles, antelope, wild pigs, goats,
domestic livestock, monkeys, dogs, and bat-eared foxes. After a gestation period of 13-15 weeks,
the female gives birth to one to six cubs.

Simba - a male Asian Spotted Leopard born 6/6/94 and came to us on 8/4/94 with his
sister, Nyla, as a bottle fed baby. We always stress to "parents" that you should never let a cub lay
on its back and drink, but Simba was the exception to the rule. He insisted on holding the bottle with
his own paws and would have a fit if we tried to help.
Lola - a female Black Asian Leopard born 3/1/92 and moved to Easy Street on 3/15/95. Her
previous owner had a great rapport with her, but had to move and could not take her and his three
Cougars, so they all came here together.
Venus - a female Black Asian Leopard born 3/1/91 came to us May 27, 1995 from Oklahoma.
Her owners were moving and had several large cats that they did not have space for at their new
location. She arrived with Adonnis and Bagheera. She is declawed and was bottle raised, but she
has been left in a pen, with no human interaction for so long that she is no longer safe to approach.
Bagheera - a female Black Asian Leopard born 3/1/89 and came to us May 27, 1995 from
Oklahoma with Venus. She was supposed to have been pregnant, but was not. She is a proven,
declawed breeder, who had been bottle raised, but is no longer tame enough to handle safely. She is
extremely lovable and always in the mood for love.
Shaq - a male Black Asian Leopard born in 1991 and arrived here on 3/4/96. He is retired from
a circus act in Las Vegas.
Saber - a male Black Asian Leopard born 3/1/92 arrived on 7/20/95 from Hayes Paradise at
three years of age along with two Cougars.
