In karate we persistently train ourselves every day and strengthen our bodies. And when we are
strong we can choose: to fight or not to fight. In the animals' world the tigress, protecting its
little tigers will be furious fighter, because it is frightened. In the people's world all is the
same. When ones are frightened, they fight. And if we became strong due to karate practicing we get
reliance of ourselves and we know that we can avoid fights. It is the very important moment in karate.
We should always do our best to avoid fight.
There are two kinds of a fist: good and bad. A good fist is strong and healthy. Do you know how the
good fist becomes bad? The good fist, strong and healthy, becomes bad just after its use in fight.
(As soon as the good fist is applied to strike someone, it is not good fist anymore). It became bad
and useless. We should do anything to do not let our good fists become bad.
If you practice karate and persistently train, it is good. At the same time you should study well at
school and obey your teachers. If you are strong only in karate - it is not absolutely good. It is
necessary to make you mind as strong as your body. When you are at home you should try to help your
mother and father. You are always to obey them and do what they tell you. If you follow these rules,
when you become adult you can achieve a lot.
