Family, Friends, and other Fun

I will be adding to these links as I get them. These are some of my WWW friends and links to some fun sites I've stumbled across. Now just because your link isn't on THIS page, doesn't mean you're not Family or Friend! If I said I'd linked you, check around. I may have found a more appropriate place for your link.
Family and Friends

Kasha Wos's Homepage. I met Kasha as a result of a GeoCities search. I searched for "SCA," but forgot to put the SCA in quotes. Her site's got nothing to do with Middle Ages re-creation, but I made a friend.

Dr. Mack, a former CMSU geography professor, has quite a few interesting links.

Some good people I've met in GeoCities chat-rooms are as follows:

Granny (f/63 from Tulsa. Painter.)Homepage1 | Homepage2 | Homepage3 | e-mail

Martin (Brian m michigan) Into music, art, education. Homepage

Gareth or "Kite," as I met him, has a Birds and Movie Review Homepage

Catherine is a conservative young lady. Homepage. e-mail.

"Grain" is a fine gentleman with whom to chat. (m/Bismarck, ND) Here is his homepage.

There are more, but they don't have homepages and I don't feel right publicizing their names/e-mail.

Other Fun Sites

Suite101.com's Weeds and Wild Things page. A great place to introduce yourself to Wild Edibles! | The New Red Green Show. Northwoods humor, duct tape, get rich quick schemes, lodge meetings, the Lake, and so on. Great show about a bunch of strange outdoorsmen.
Bananas at Large. These are the guys what sang Turdy Point Buck, and this is mainly a merchandising site. It's kinda funny, though.
| Punkie's Surf 'n' Turf | Urban Legends | A Far Side Site | HumorSearch.com: a search engine specializing in humor sites.

Here's some stuff of Upper-Midwest interest.
(Approximately Minnesota, the Dakotas, Wisconsin and Iowa, in the USA)

The Prairie Home Companion | Lundell Web | Nordic Times Online | Rural Writings | Christopherson's Homepage (SD)
| Nordic FAQ list

For lack of a better location, here is some fine folklore from around the world and a fair selection of Native American lore.
