• Cursing. I don't know who said it, but it sums up cursing: 'For lack of something intelligent to say, the man cursed.' When a movie rating includes "AL," I figure it means adolescent language.
• Political Correctness.
• "I drive better after a few drinks."
• Teachers who don't.
• Being a different person at Church than the rest of the week.
• Hearing complaints about grades from students who: skip classes; don't take notes; don't do assignments, do them incompletely or turn them in late; etc.
• "That's man's work." or "That's woman's work." -except childbirth, of course.
• Criminals sueing intended victims when they get hurt on the victim's property.
• Adults disobeying the laws and after their kids see the example they set, expecting their kids to obey parental rules at home.
• "Different" interpreted as necessarily wrong
• Displayed Anger -it shows a loss of self-control.
• Parents who don't control their kids.
• Legislating Common-Sense.
• Loudness
• Our people in congress getting paid outrageously more than their average constituents. If congress votes themselves a raise, it should apply to ALL federal employees and retirees.
• My U.S. tax dollars being used to pay benefits to non-citizens and lazy, able-bodied citizens.
• Violent "Holy" Wars. Win converts by proselytization, not by force. Forced conversions are usually not sincere conversions.
• Not having English as the official language of the U.S.A.
• Hyphenated Americans if they're actually U.S. citizens. I'm not a German/Danish-American. I'm an American with German/Danish ancestry.
• Thinking one race is superior to another.
• Looking down on someone for speaking with a foreign accent. Chances are, they're at least bilingual, and that's something to be admired.
• People fussing about traffic/parking tickets.
• Homosexuality. "Pure" homosexuality is biologically doomed to extinction. (If one doesn't enjoy the company of the opposite sex, there's nothing wrong with same-sex celibate friendship.)
• Pushing to get dialects taught as acceptable English. Every locality would need to have specially trained teachers to teach: Hillbillybonics, Uppermidwestbonics, Cowboybonics, Redneckbonics, Newenglandbonics, Surferdudebonics, Ebonics and all the other Bonics.
