First Date
The responsibility lies with Julia Obayashi, who was greatly concerned with the level of shyness both Peter and I were exhibiting, so she fixed us up. And just to be sure it all went smoothly, Julia and her boyfriend, Tony, went along! We went to see a movie, but Peter was so fascinating, I don't remember what the movie was! My heart was crushed when it turned out that Peter and I were destined to be friends (I ended up falling for his best friend, Amat) but I have learned to get over such disappointments in life. Thanks, Peter for teaching me a useful skill! In all seriousness, Peter has been a good friend and I'm glad to have seen him in Texas and gotten back in touch via the internet.
First Girlfriend

I was always too intimidating, in an intellectual sense, for Peter. In fact, he avoided me, and we were never close. But there was one time, at the beginning, when Peter decided to follow me into the mountains above the school for some reason. I went there often to escape the inane chatter of my less sophisticated peers, such as Peter. I preferred being alone, but there he was, loping up toward me. He had a handful of hair on his chin, that was the truly striking thing about him. Anyway, to make a long story short, Peter ended up helping me experience surroundoscopic teleportation for the first time in my life, and boy, did I have egg on my face, intellectually speaking!
