The Prom
Peter told me he went to the Prom with "a friend", but didn't tell me her name. By the time we got around to this subject, he was starting to guard what he told me and I couldn't innocently ask him who she was, so I put the question out on the "network" and these are the responses I got.
From Andy:
No, I don't remember with whom he went to the prom. I think it was some girl. She might have had hair, and she was probably wearing a dress made from synthetic fibers. But I really couldn't be more specific than that. Is that helpful?

From Tami Scarborough Mehta:
I can't remember off hand who Peter attended the prom with, but I'm sure that between John Langford and myself, we'll figure it out. I'm going to dig through my old photos.
From Amat:
Y'know, of all the girls I've seen Peter with, I can't seem to remember his prom date. It may have been Sally Cahill. I know he went to the Junior prom with my ex-girlfriend, Cindy Bauman. Seemed like we all dated Cindy. Don't get me wrong, she was usually my girlfriend, but when we first broke up during our junior year, Peter got together with her for a few months.
From Buffy:
It's funny, I can't remember who Peter went to the prom with either. I went to both his junior and senior prom, but I don't recall taking any pictures with him, riding across the harbor with him, getting ready with him, going to any post prom parties with him, or indeed, conversing with him on that day or any day surrounding either of the proms. This is especially surprising during his senior prom since I went with Amat and Rodney went with my best friend, Rachel. I do, however, remember that by the end of the night, Rodney and I were trying gin and tonics while the rest of the party was making out, including Amat and Rachel.
From Tami:
I searched through my photos and have found a fun photo of Peter on Prom night...with my date, John Langford.
