Student Work: Watercolor and Calligraphy

During my student teaching experience, I improved upon the lesson plan I taught in the fall of 2001 by requiring students to create a practice calligraphy of their quote and a sampler of watercolor techniques before they began working on their final projects. I also incorporated an art history component featuring the work of Navajo artist Baje Whitethorne.
