Can't have ordinary citizens(though I would hardly call THE HEADBANGER or THE MOBHUNTER ordinary) running around taking the law into their own hands now can we? Why that would surely result in chaos, anarchy and an inevitable breakdown of the established social structure. "The law will be upheld.
