This Site Still Partially Under Construction

An informational and blog-like resource (based upon my experiences and those others might wish to share) for like-minded authors of fantasy, historical and science fiction, as well as interested readers, critics and re-enactors.

Will include reviews and links to book and websites on a wide range of topics. Suggestions about writing, formatting, marketing and publishing techniques from published writers, publishers, critics and creative writing instructors. Here be observations, discoveries and reflections about the satisfactions and tribulations of Royce's writing and publishing experiences as well as others who are willing to share via email.* Offering occassional original fiction and poetry by Royce W. Sykes, Jr.

I have been finding all sorts of resources online and in hardcopy literature for the story and the writing. In the near future I will be sharing those with you as well as my personal satisfactions and tribulations in the writing and publishing process, at least as much as I can share without giving too much away about the story as I do, after all, want you to buy the thing when it hits the stands.

So come back and check often. I will be posting new poetry and short fiction of mine own creating here as well.

I also invite those who have aspired and achieved as well as those who have aspired and achievement in writing and publishing is just around the corner to share their thoughts and experiences by emailing me to be posted here for sharing with others like us in the Internet community.

*Why No More Guest Book?
Because I grew annoyed with the number of people auto signing to advertise casinos, automobile insurance and pornography sites.
Sorry, but the abuse got so bad I was having to delete up to twenty entries at a time for the same advertisement.

I will read legitimate email and post suggestions, comments, etc. with credit where credit is due. But, not the Great American Casino or Jack-in-the-Crack-Up Drive Through Liability Insurance and Bait Shop or Susie's A Nice Girl Nude or other wastes of my time and yours.
