The delightful artist and Ditkomaniac, Fred Hembeck, was gracious enough to send us those Captain America pre-inked pages, and he also provided copies of some of his for-sale recreations of Steve Ditko classics from Amazing Spider-Man. These are priceless, as you can see from the images below, Fred's recreation of the splash pages to Amazing Spider-Man #4 and #5.
