CAPTAIN UNIVERSE
November 1980 marked the debut of Steve Ditko drawing Captain Universe in
Marvel Spotlight. A unique concept by Bill Mantlo, given that the ''Unipower''
(that would create the hero) would 'contact' a different person each story;
a person in need of it at the time, whether it be different genders or race.
