HISTORY: Coming from the United States of America, Minerva, along with the rest of her family, came to the Philippines when she was about 13 years old. She soon started excelling in her academics, garnering numerous awards for her accomplishments. As the years progressed, her academics continued to improve with no apparent end in sight. Not only did she continue to excel in her academics, but she also grew more creative as well. One day, she was approached by Atty. Marrero, the chairman of the Committee on Superhuman Affairs, a newly formed organization of the government, who explained to her that she was actually a mutant, due to her unique brain patterns. Atty. Marrero invited her to join a superhuman team of youths, formed in order to defend the country. She at first declined the invitation, stating that since her powers were not physical, she would be of no use in such a group. But since her powers are mental in nature Atty. Marrero suggested that she serve as the technical advisor for the team. With this, she designed a plan for the secret headquarters the group would be working out of. She also designed the security system, the vehicles, and the computer system for the entire complex. She is currently working with the Philippines government on a special visa, allowing her to keep her U.S. citizenship, as the teams Telecommunications and Computer expert.
