HISTORY: Being born a daughter of a U.S. Navyman, Lea is the youngest in the family. Raised to be a true and refined woman, but only on the outside, but when it comes to knowing her personally, one would be surprised at her friendly, loud, and loquacious behavior. One day when her father's ship was coming into port, her mother took the family to meet him. While coming into port, another ship had lost control of its direction and was on a collision course with her father's ship. Panic stricken, her powers activated and she able to teleport the entire ship out of harm's way. Noticing this incident, the U.S. government offered to train her in the use of these powers, but technically a Filipino citizen, her parents decided it would be best if she would train under the Philippine government. Over the years, she discovered that she also had the power to turn invisible. After years of training the President decided to organize a team of super-powered individuals in defense of the country. Atty. Marrero was to organize this group as the government formed the Committee on Superhuman Affairs, of which she was appointed chairman. The other young mutants gathered was formed into the group called QWILLLE.

KNOWN SUPERHUMAN POWERS: Lea is a mutant with the power to generate a teleportational field about herself with which she can teleport herself and other people or object across vast or short distances. Apparently she must specifically know any location or have the precise coordinates to which she teleports in order to do so. This power manifests itself in a flame-light effect, thus her name. She also has the ability to a field about herself to turn invisible and to extend this field around others so that they are invisible as well.
