Q.W.I.L.L.L.E.

Q.W.I.L.L.L.E. (pronounced "kwil") is a government based and funded organization which is composed of eight superhumanly powered mutants. The President, realizing the increasingly growing population of superhumans in the Philippines, and internationally, feared that these superhumans might attack a defenseless and vulnerable Philippines. For this same reason he formed a new committee in the Philippine government, called the Committee on Superhuman Affairs, whose chairman, appointed by the president himself, is currently Attorney Nelsonida U. Marrero. It was Atty. Marrero's task to use her, and the governments resources, to find superpowered individuals, and train them to defend the country. Researching incidents involving superhuman activity, Atty. Marrero went personally to each prospective candidate and extended her invitation.

Out of her list of 20 candidates, only 8 accepted. They are:

• Quincy, from the USA, who took the code-name: LIGHTNING
• Felinor William, from Ilocos, who took the code-name: FELINAEUS
• Imelda, from Ifugao, who took the code-name: SIMULACRA
• Lea, from Rizal, who took the code-name: FLASHFIRE
• Leofrank, from Vigan, who took the code-name: LIONHEART
• Lourdes, from Baguio City, who took the code-name: VALENCE
• Edward, from Baguio City, who took the code-name: MINDSCAN
• Minerva, from USA, a.k.a. BABA

Upon acceptance to the invitation, each member had to undergo vigorous training with the use of their powers, armed, and hand-to-hand combat.

Their base of operations is within the  infamous "Japanese Caves", which the government had reconstructed to hide such a technologically advanced complex and which were based on designs by BABA.

Atty, Marrero acts as their government liaison, who may answer only direct from the President.

The nick-name of the group is taken from the first letter of each members real name, with the exception of BABA, in which she had decided to join the group after they had established their name.
