Who is that man with the ragged clothes
Could he be someone they used to know?
At one time he had a will so strong
Now he's lost in a world gone wrong.

He's only causing himself severe harm
Running around with a needle in his arm,
Seems he's been lost for so long
In a crazy old world gone wrong.

Women selling themselves on the street
To support their habits and make ends meet,
Their lives aren't as simple as a song
In this world that has gone wrong.

Shooting up crank and smoking crack
Eating nothing but junk food and snacks,
Giving birth to crack babies with HIV
This world gone wrong really frightens her.

They need Love in their lives
Or their spirits will never survive,
They have lived their way for so long
