POND-ERING

They're like a stone tossed in a pond.
They ripple outward and beyond
Toward a shore that they can't see--
The journey is their destiny....

Within this present circumstance,
All those they meet? It's not by chance.
The journey's purpose is to learn, and
The time will come when it's their turn....

Like lightening bolts of falling snow,
How they may learn, they never know--
When they realize they're teachers, too,
The journey's process they'll see through....

If petty thoughts can be set free,
As time goes by, they'll come to see
The journey's point: To understand--
By the time the ripple laps the sand....
