THE POND

Here is the big, blue pond,
Shining like crystals.
Fish swim in this pond.
They are rainbows in a big, blue sky.
The cattails sway gently in the breeze.
The frogs croak a happy "Hello."
The turtles rest themselves on the rocks.
And under the big oak,
She sits, listening.
