A Statue's Mystery |
(May 1, 2002) |
"He has seen it all
-
Sentry eyes,
Taut and fixed . . ."
- Can I pierce a statues mystery?
Should my interest depend on the
sculptors reputation?
I prefer marble to bronze.
Yet, bronze is in and marbles
Out of it,
More prone to art.
- How can my reading
stick on slippery folds?
Should it rely on the museums
interpretation?
- Ill carve my own
statue and make a fool of myself.
Ill have someone carve it for me.
Can I buy creative art?
I can only buy taste.
"Hes the embodiment of his own
unsought will."
