Looking back on how it used to be.

I find it hard to believe life gave you to me and me to you.

Now when I see you it's only a memory.

How I wish I could hold you in this time of need.

My past is a lifetime away from ever holding you again.

At night I sit up wondering how life sent me away.

To me you are special and true.

You couldn't have it all, but you always had me.

I wonder if you see me greaving of the past and how it used to be.

You showed me happiness only to find myself alone.

I wish I could reach out and have you back again.

I need you back in my life for all eternity.

Love to me is an eternity, but life is only a memory away.

Can you see me hurting for the love of loves to come take me in?

It's like looking for something that just is not there.

If only I could see some kind of hope that came with a guarantee.

I have to find one kind of hope.

That hope is love.

That is the one thing no one can live without.

Without hope, you can't find love.

Without love, you can't find happiness.

Without happiness!!!!
