"Heart Island #1 (The Arch)"



Heart Island and it's castle fascinates me to no end. It is a beautiful place to visit, but, the story behind it is sad. A castle built out of love for a wife who died before it's completion ..... The Island and its treasures were sold for 1 dollar. It was never lived in. I will paint more of the story, but the arch made such an impression on me ... so I fixed it up and painted it and here it is ..... the gateway to a private paradise.
