Henri Potgieter was born in the Far Northern Transvaal

region of South Africa and spend 21 years of his life on

a farm near Pietersburg. The farm was situated in the same

region as the well known Kruger National Park.

As a regular visitor to this game park he became a student

of nature and the animals that inhabit it. That knowledge

and experience is reflected in his work as a wlidlife artist.

His African Wildlife on leather is done with care, patience

and skill.

He uses only premium quality African Buffalo

skin and indigenous hardwood for the frames to

create these wildlife images that represents the African

Bush to the fullest.

His wildlife images not only grace the walls of South

African wildlife lovers, but also in the U.K. and as

far as the U.S.
