Seems Like A Change

The moon is turning yellow and black.
The cities knocked me on my back.
Looks like a Mexican ruin,
and I mislead everyone in the room.

I can't watch that.
I can't watch that.
I can't watch that.

The mushrooms you grow are all green.
Yet you still come to the scene.
You're trying to offer me one,
but water keeps me on the run.

I can't watch that.
I can't watch that.
I can't watch that.

The games we play are all gone.
The multicoloured bus took them along.
The colours whizzed by,
and now there's a purple sky.

I can't watch that.
I can't watch that.
I can't watch that.

Metal framework keeps me pinned.
Cars are all living in sin
and rockets are taking us out....

To a new place,
a new face,
a new place,
a new face,
ya, a new place,
and a new face.

Arts Peeking

Well-known statues bring me back,
to times forgotten on our stairway.
When noone was there,
we did it their way.
And we realised what they could not.
I think it meant we were lost.
The cult that was created did lose its scope.
The hope sustained was never aimed.
An invitation was the reason to
all arts peeking.
But China can not be bought.
No matter what you thought.
The time there doesn't stand still.
and the immortals never stop.

Action Traction

Action Traction.
Truck on fire.
Burn gas of desire.
Age or delusion?

Red lenght Theta.
Magic chrome Ma.
Told of his machine,
in the silence of dream!

Tommorrows Child

When Thursday is over,
Friday has begun.
Children are screaming,
about what is being done.

Yesterday is forgotten,
while Thursday is untrue.
Complaints of the system,
are coming through.

Orange lights change
to green;
broken pockets gleam.
Master race theory is not my scene.

Do you understand?

Like cards shinning
in the neon,
I was too strange
to write this song.

Do you understand (x4)

As fish are hid
in the sea,
so it was
with you and me.

Molly in the Rain

We went walking in the rain.
It was cold and damp in the rain.
The light shone down apon us.
The haze grew dense and deep.

But Molly she had to go home.(x2)

Everything became silent.
In my eyes you could see the resent.
I turned to my friend and I said...
When do you think we'll see Molly again?

But Molly she was at home.(x2)

Pretty Light

Yes I got a pretty light
it shines so bright.

Yes I got a pretty girl
back in my home town.

Yes I got a pretty girl
back in my home town.

I hope to get back there
soon as I can.
I tell you she need her man.

This poem is my version of a Leadbelly song

The Slow Walk

Why is she staring at the sky?
She must be pretty high.
I just don't understand.
She seems to know every cloud.

But when, I ask her her name,
you know she just stays the same.

Now she is all dressed in blue,
and she smokes but it passes right through.
Is she asleep or awake?
She must be in a divine state!

You

I picked myself up off the floor.
I leaned myself against the door.

The only time I thought of you.

You awoke to a siren's call.
You stood out in the raining fall.

The only time I thought of you.

I still think about that September,
when things were too hard to remember.

The only time I thought of you.

Now and Then

You're very far away,
and never far from wrong.
You treat me always right.
You have learned to live alone.

Love to you,
because I want to.
