Ani is one of this generation's most talented and insightful musicians. Her lyrics come from the soul of a woman who has experienced life, not merely by observing, but by participating and being a part of it. While Ani is many things, CEO, business woman, musician, freak, let's always remember that it is her gift as a songwriter and "the chick singer" that brought her to us (and vise versa) and gave many a voice.
