Favors
Seniors Asking for Favors
What if a senior asks you for a favor that's not part of your job.
Technically, you're not obligated to do what he asks of you,
but it might behoove you to do it just the same.
Almost everyone would consider it a burden or annoyance
to do this type of favor.
There's also the possibility that if you do a favor for a senior it
might be incorporated into your work responsibilities in the
future. What was once optional might become required.
There is also the possibility that what at first seemed to be a hindrance
may actually be an opportunity if your senior has some power now or
in the future.
There may be some future payback.
