Reputation

Food for Thought

The main idea behind Federal Express is prompt delivery of letters and packages. The company is know for its state-of-the-art package tracking system. Not having used express mail much myself, I wonder under what circumstances you would need to track a package if you were a customer. Is there a delay in package delivery sometimes? Do customers sometimes need an estimated time of arrival for a package or letter? With email and e-commerce so ubiquitous these days the composition of Fedexe's business must have changed from prompt delivery of documents to prompt delivery of consumer goods delivered over the internet. Has their reputation changed? What do you think?
