Chimney Rock - Part One!!
David Nimoy, that sly dog. I don't think that Will and Laura will be venturing to North Carolina, I don't, but you'll just have to read the rest of the chapter to find out.
It has been pointed out to the authors that Will and Laura's travels have not taken them into Dixie. . .but relax. . .we still have two months before we're theoretically going to finish this puppy.
There are actually quite a few "Chimney Rocks" and other chimney places scattered around this big old country of ours. But the one in North Carolina gets an honorable mention, because some of the websites relating to it (and mind you, it's a tourist area) play the theme song to "Deliverance."
We are not kidding.
