I think you are very gifted with leather. I had no idea one could use leather to mold a face. I have an idea, why not cut leather into long strips and wrap those strips around your whole body. I think it could create a whole body cast. I heard of someone ho did simular with gauze stips and plaster, and his body casts of different people was impressive. Of course he did only one part of the body at a time, usually starting with an arm or leg. Then he cut off the cast, and prepared the next one. I don't kno how he did the faces, but that wouldn't be a problem for you, because you can do the faces already. I wounder if stips of leather could work like gauze? Maybe instead of plaster you could use some sort of glue, or maybe a type of tree resin. Tree resin w uld probably give the leather a shiny finish, though. I guess polyeuothane would have the same effect, too. What is better is the natural look. But you know how to do that. I can't wait to find out if you can and will try this, give me a e-mail if you do. heyjessie@webtv.net
