I wrote the following to the President
"A Simple but effective solution to campaign finance reform would be to extend the equal access law to commercials. Now in addition to News Media giving each candidate equal time it would be required that they give equal commercial time to all Legitimate candidates. THE COAST WOULD HAVE TO BE BORN BY THE ORIGINAL CANDITATE WANTING TO ADVERTISE. All candidates no matter how much money they have would be able to advertise and no one could buy an election It would be fair and constitutional."
