How
do I greet the sun,
should
I just say hello
for
the light that warms the earth,
what
formality do I show.
For
the sky that carries the light,
distinguishing
night and day,
for
the moon that escorts the night
for
the stars that guide our way.
Is
it the thought that counts,
would
a simple smile do,
should
I salute the morning,
or
pretend to be unmoved.
For
the earth that carries our feet,
for
the winds that carry our dreams
is
my time to valuable
for
considering primeval things.
When
I meet a river,
how
do I break the ice
would
I prefer to stay frozen
when
water can so entice.
For
the mountains that carry each challenge,
for
the forests that define all our paths
if
we never recognize her majesty,
do
we really fear nature's wrath.
will
I ever meet tomorrow,
when
everything happens today
I
wanted to speak with the past
but
it had presently gone away.
For
the pasts that define each present,
For
the times that define our lives
if
we always prepare for the future,
Why
does the present always thrive.
