You walk upstairs.


A long winding set of stairs leads you to a balcony. There is nothing else up here. Approaching the edge, you look out over the maze and see a small creek winding its way north over a waterfall and just past that is a grand castle.
The castle appears to be split in half though, half is white and half is pure black. In fact as you notice, the entire garden is split in this fashion.
"Help Me!" you here from somewhere in the maze. It is very faint, but it is a masculine voice, calling from the center of the maze.
The next sound you hear is the crack of lightning, a scream, and then silence.


Return to the main site, you had enough for today.
* You run back towards the room you were in before and through the door in the vines despite the dread that rises again.
* You go back downstairs to try room 1.
* You go back downstairs to try room 2.
