Switch to stockinette stitch and work until it measures 21.5 inches from beg or desired length to underarm.

Shape Armholes:

Bind off 3 stitches next 2 rows.

Bind off 2 stitches next 2 rows.

Work even until armholes measure 9"

Shape Neck:

Work 26 sts, bind off 26 stitches, work 26 stitches

Bind off 2 stitches next 2 rows. 22 stitches remaining.

Bind off remaining stitches

Front:

Cast on 88 stitches and work as for back until armholes measure 6.5 inches

Work 26 stitches, bind off 24 stitches, work 26 stitches

Working both sides at the same time, dec 1 st at each neck edge every other row 4 times; 22 stitches. Work even until front measures same as back to shoulder.

Bind off.
