(Yes, I am Dayton's oldest brother.) I believe that it was probably on or around Easter Sunday with sunny but cold weather. (The tulips and sunshine are deceiving.) This foto was probably taken in the first half of the 60's so Dayton wasn't even around yet to view it. (Or possibly only a baby.) But it is a great picture and even more special to me since Grandma died in her sleep on the last Sunday of Easter this year. She lived for 94 years!! Thanks be to God. I find it interesting that Grandma's own mother died (many, many years ago) on the first day of Easter--Easter Sunday. Thanks for putting these fotos on your home page--I love ém. |

Almost didn't get to go because of a semi-major MS flareup last week with optic neuritis. Passed on the IV steroids and managed to ride it out so far with only some eye p in but no loss of vision. Sounds like you guys had a fun time in Alexandria. Can you believe it, we've never been to the Torpedo Factory in 15 years living here?!
