• LinuxOrg: all you'd like to know about linux.
• KernelOrg: here you'll find the latest release of the Linux kernel.
• Linux Documentation Project: here you'll find the How To's, Guides and other interesting stuff.
• Linux Links: lot of Linux related links well organized.
• Woven Goods for Linux: distribution and links
• Debian: my favourite distribution. Not too user-friendly but very stable and efficient.
• Red Hat: a popular and user-friendly distribution.
• Gnome: an integrated desktop environment based upon the Gtk libraries.
• Kommon Desktop Environment: another desktop environment (a little more mature than Gnome imho) based upon the QT libraries.
• Window Maker: fast and cool window manager. That's what I use on my desktop.
• BlackBox: another window manager, smaller than WM but quite cool anyway. I use it on my lap-top.
• Wine HQ: what you'll need to run your old favourite win apps in Linux

• LinuxFocus: really good online magazine.
• User Friendly: not exactly a Linux link, but a really funny comic strip

News

• Slashdot: news for nerds, stuff that matters. You probably already knew this site, didn't you?
• Freshmeat: where to look for os and apps news.

Anime

• The Penguin Global Village: this is a big anime site, hosting also IAC page.
• Takahashi.simplenet.com: site entirely devoted to the divine mangaka Rumiko Takahashi.
• Tomobiki-cho: a site devoted to my favourite manga and anime, Uruseiyatsura.

Friends

• Ilaria's Cat Page: this is a page basically dedicated to cats (in italian only).
