   The creative process is triggered in many ways. For myself, Mystical Mountain began when I wanted my grandchildren to read about some of the fun and adventures their father's, the Ragtags, experienced when they were young boys.
.
   I added magical beings and happenings to lead my 'soon to be readers' on a journey through a few days of the "Ragtags" childhood experiences.

     I became excited when the characters just seemed to take over the process of telling their story, from then forward, I just watched a "video" in my minds eye and typed as fast as I could.
          What an exciting time this was for me!

I have taught painting and sculpting classes from my studio and in private schools for many years. I learned to prepare many different quick, enjoyable dishes that were easy to serve with little clean up involved.
