HORIZON KOMPAKT, New panoramic Camera made by LOMO

PANORAMIC pictures
The 'regular' camera has a view of 40-50 degrees. There are some methods for making pictures
with a wider angle of view. (The 'classic' panoramic cameras have a view of +/- 150 degress).

1. Creating panoramic pic. with REGULAR CAMERAS
Shooting a set of pictures by moving the camera (horizontally) after each exposure.
Than glue those pic. together so that each picture overlaps the other slightly
thus creating one long panoramic picture.

2. CAMERAS with WIDE  ANGLE  LENS

3. CAMERAS with MOVING PLATES or FILM but fix lens

4. CAMERAS with  ROTATING  LENS
The KODAK PANORAM cameras belong to that category:
The lens rotates from side to side thus exposing the film (or plate) to a long picture (panoramic).
The KODAK PANORAM no. 4 has a view of 142 degrees. And the picture's size is: 2 1/2 X12 in.
