STEREO SMENA, LOMO, 1980s ?  RUSSIA
Handmade (probably in the years 1970s-80s?) from 2  Smena cameras. Shutter syncronized but all the other adjustments are needed to be done on both parts. (so only the shutter is realy syncronized). The job was well done (no light leaks etc) but not proffesionaly.

In fact, I think you can try and do it yourself with 2 Smena cameras... The Smena cameras (not the stereo ones) sell very cheap.
