The park area cover: Amphoe Kaengkhoi, Amphoe Nongkhae, Amphoe Wihandaeng and Amphoe Muang Saraburi: The park has been declared a National Park since June 2nd 1981 and it is located on the Bangkok - Saraburi Highway (Highway No 1 ). 16 kilometres from Saraburi City. there are two entrances on the right of the high way at kilometre 102 and 104 along a compressed lateritre road 9 kilometres long Visitors can also take a bus to Saraburi City and hire a minibus to the park The park lifes in mounts and hills broken by plain in the valley. The highest peak is Khrok Hill (Khao Songklong), measuring 329 meters in height above sea level. From this peak, visitors can clearly see the City of Saraburi and nearby districts. The park is covered by two types of rain forest: Deciduous and Mixed Deciduous. In the park there are various wild animals e.g. the pheasant, jungle fowl, barking deer, monkey, wild hog and various species of birds. The most significant one is Princess Sirinthon Bird. There are many picturesque waterfalls e.g.Samlan, Phohindat, Rai Kuakma Sap makha, Krok-iwoe (Krok ma-woe) and Tonraksai. It addition there is an ancient stupa on the top of the mountain (Khao Radar) From the Park Office, there are ample parking areas and paths to the waterfall. The Paths are connected to one another. The trip taked about 2 hours. For accommodation in the park, there are two camps locater in the wool, each of which can accommodate 80 people. The park also Provides large camping spaces for visitors with their own tents.
