All entrants must be between the ages of 7-16 years.

All entrants must be Saratoga County residents.

All entrants must be under the supervision of a responsible adult 18 years of age or older.

A family with entrants in more that one age bracket may have the entrants use the same vehicle, provided no two entrants are in the same age bracket.

All race vehicles must pass pre-race inspection to be held at 7:00 am on race day at Saratoga County parking lots on West High St, Ballston Spa. All race vehicles must have seat belts and a braking system.

All drivers must wear safety helmets and elbow pads. (Bicycle helmets are adequate.)

All drivers and responsible adults must sign waivers to be included with application.

All race vehicles must be removed, with assistance from supervising adult, from course immediately after completion of heat.

All Judges decisions are final

A five dollar ($5.00) refundable fee must be enclosed with each application. Fee will be refunded to racers on day of race.

Entries are limited to sixty four (64) contestants in each of the following age brackets:

7-9 years old

10-12 years old

13-16 years old

Ages are as of August 1, 2000.
