    Iron Chef Bo Bo Cha Cha

    "Ahhh… Yam…(^with a soft melodic tune in the background^) “If my memory serves me correctly, yam is harvested during spring, summer, autumn and winter and it is best consumed during breakfast, lunch or dinner, or any other time... Yam has a unique taste and the most palatable seems to come from the root…. Remember, to enjoy yam, always go for the root.”

    INGREDIENTS:

    • Yam
    • Sweet Potato (Or Han Zhi!!!) (no pun intended for those Hokkien Ah Bengs)
    • Sago Seed (bigger ones, like those in pearl tea..)
    • Coconut Milk
    • Sugar to taste

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Dice Yam and Han Zhi place them in a pot of boiling water. Add sago and finally coconut milk and sugar to taste.
    2. Bon Appetit!
