Dawson is the main character of the show. This boy is in love for cinema and for Joey. He wants to be a director like Steven Spilberg. Joey and him are friends since kids and now they're older and in love (or not). His parents splited up, because his mother, Gail, had sex with another man. His father, Mitch, didn't forgived her and she decided, after a long time trying to get him to love her again, to travel to Philadelfia, where she would work. After a long, long -I mean long! - time, Dad forgived her. But now she's going to Philia, anyway. On the latest episodes, Dawson saw Joey's father traficating drugs. He was back from jail and trying to get back his family. Jo got really sad and said she'' ll never forgive Dawson.
