Joey is Dawson's best friens since they were kids. On the 1st season she was tottally in love for him, but he was dating Jen and she became her enemy. But Dawson found out his love for Jo and they started to date. Everything ended when Jack (Andie's sister) got in the show and kissed Joey, who felt confuse for being in love for him in return. Dawson found out and got mad. Jo started a new relationship with her new friend. But then Jack turned out to be gay, and they became only friends. She got back to Dawson, who was her true friend, but they didn't last much. Joey's father was in jail for drugs traffic and he got back. Since Joey's mother had died 4 years ago, she was living with her sister Bessy. But now she had a family again. But then, Dawson saw him trafficating again and told Jo, who was tottally sad and will never forgive Dawson for it.
