This cart is completely the
work of my roommate RJ.
He knew I was looking for
large metal wheels and
found these on a hundred
year old safe at the
place he worked. It
took a forklift and some struggle
to get them off the safe.
I was delighted with them
and couldn't wait to use
them. A week later I
noticed that someone had
thoughtfully placed some
old railroad ties out in
the empty lot next to our
warehouse. I realised
what I wanted immediately,
but didn't have the tools
(or the brute strength) to
make it happen. RJ
drew up a plan and built the
whole thing in a day.
And all he wanted was some
beer and credit for building
the cart. Thanks RJ!
