Almost 90% of the photo illustration above was done in my house using my power macintosh.The reason why i prefer this way was because i can't really focus my mind in the office, there was no emptiness in the office...the photo department computers was always too busy with photographers,reporters,editors and sub.

Well you can said that i was stupid by bringing all the troubles back to my house but look what i had done for myself !... people already saying that i am a Legend in The Sun .

" Ricky Heng,The Digital Photo Illustrator " is my new up-date version of "Beyond Photography" which is a series of digital photo retouching and super imposing using the software of ADOBE PHOTOSHOP in creating page one pictures for the Sun Magazine cover & feature assignment.

More then 80 master pieces of my digital photo illustration which includes caption on how i goes trough & create my boring simple assignment into full impact cover assignment.

The preview photo illustrations you see on my left really goes trough a lot of resistance & hard time to produced due to my post as a news photographer and also a volunteer photo illustrator. Most of my photo illustration was done in limited time to meet publication date line,this does affect the quality & creativity of my Photo Illustration !.

To over come such situation i do spend sometime just to be alone to imagine myself related with question like what,where,when,why & how....it does help some time in finding original ideas & concept before the assignment arrive !.
