Part 3
Ace and the teenager walked into the King's small but luxurious apartment. "This is Bob," said Ace.
The King noticed that Bob looked like a girl, but said nothing. He had seen it all. "Welcome to my humble quarters," said the King. "Would you like something to drink?" Before Bob could say no, the King ordered a young woman in a miniskirt to go and bring Bob a Coke.
"I understand that you are new in town," the King said. Ace always brought new ones in. "Have a seat, anywhere you like that is comfortable." The King motioned toward several chairs of various shapes and sizes in the room.
"Tell me about yourself," said the King.
Bob said nothing.
The King went on. "I believe you are actually a girl who wishes to live as a boy." The woman in the miniskirt returned with a Coke and a glass full of ice. "Innocence here is a boy who became a girl." Innocence blushed.
"Why?" Bob asked.
"Innocence can explain it better than I." The King gestured toward Innocence.
"When I was about ten, I started dressing as a girl whenever I was home alone. When I was thirteen, we moved from the small town where I grew up to a much bigger city, and I was alone a lot more. Since few of the neighbors knew me, I was able to get up the courage to go out in public dressed as a girl. I wore long skirts at first, with lots of petticoats and tight slips to keep me from walking like a boy. Now I can wear a miniskirt without creating any suspicion." Innocence sat in a chair across from Bob, never exposing one thread of panty.
The King said, "You will need money. I will give you some, and help you earn more. Does that sound good?"
Bob grunted with suspicion.
"You may live as a boy here, but tomorrow, you will need to buy some nicer clothes—a pantsuit, if you like. You may also wish to purchase some underwear. I will lend you my credit card; I will give you a name to sign to it." The King's plan was already in action.
Bob was not too happy about the arrangement; it seemed too good to be true. Still, it meant no camping out, which in turn meant that no one would find either Bob or Barbara and send him or her home.
The next morning, Bob put on a clean pair of jeans from the backpack, together with a clean T-shirt. Innocence escorted Bob to the breakfast table. The King was already seated, but stood as the others entered.
"Ace will not be here today. He is in another city taking care of some personal business. Innocence will escort you on your shopping trip. I will see you later. Have some breakfast." The King blew a kiss to Innocence as he left.
After a while, Bob asked Innocence, "Do you sleep with this King?"
"No, but I often have sex with him—always early in the afternoon." Innocence was wearing a long dress today. "The King always chooses what I will wear, and that tells me whether he wants to have sex, and if so, at what time. A long dress means no sex; a miniskirt means he'll give me a blow job; a long skirt means he wants to take pictures; a short dress means I give him a blow job. A knee-length skirt means I give him what he wants; a knee-length dress means I give him what I want."
"You ever get to wear pants?" Bob asked.
"No, but I wore pants every day for the first 25 years of my life," said Innocence. "I don't miss them."
Bob stared. "Let's go get me some pants before the King takes away my card."
Bob bought several denim pantsuits, including a couple of men's styles, along with underwear, sweatshirts and T-shirts, as well as a couple of baseball caps. Innocence rolled her eyes at some of Bob's selections, but Bob never noticed. By two o'clock, everyone, including the King and Ace, had returned home and eaten lunch.
"Innocence," said the King, "take Bob down to the studio for some pictures. The standard set, of course."
Bob posed in some of Barbara's old clothes, as well as the clothes bought earlier in the day. "Now," said Innocence, after shooting two or three rolls of film, "take off your clothes. The King wants some shots of you in your underwear."
"No," said Bob.
"The King insists," said Innocence. "This is the way you must repay his kindness and generosity. It is not difficult."
"NO! N-O, NO!" said Bob. "I came to this city so I wouldn't have to wear a bridesmaids dress for two whole hours at my cousin's wedding. I'm certainly not going to let two people I barely know force me to take off my pants just so they can see my panties!" Bob stormed out of the studio and returned to the bedroom. Innocence followed.
The King was smoking a cigarette in his parlor when Innocence entered. "Bob refused to let me take pictures of her in her underwear."
The King was amused. "I will talk to her."
