I took off the thigh-highs before anything else, then put on the jeans under the straight slip, petticoat and dress. Somehow, the jeans got tangled up in the slip, and now I can't get either off. The bride's cousin has "courteously" turned my jeans into shorts so that I can go home without looking stupid the rest of the day. Those were new jeans, too! Damn!

Anyway, thanks for your help. Next time, though, I'll decide for myself what to wear.
