Is like a rose:
Year after year
It continues to grow
With the light of your love
And the water of your tears
The rose can weather any storm
And blossom throughout the years
The petals of the rose
Will wrap around you, keep you warm
The thorns will prick
Protecting you from any harm
The stem will be your strength
When you feel you might fall
The stem of the rose
Will always be standing tall
My love for you
Is like a rose
