Go to Enterprise Manager.
Start>Programs>Microsoft SQL
Server 7.0>Enterprise Manager

On the left pane of Enterprise Manager, under Console Root, drill-down
the hierarchy
of SQL Server objects to display the
folders of your

Right-click the Databases folder and select New Database.

Enter JuliaDB in the Name textbox, accept default settings, and
then click OK. JuliaDB
has been added to the Databases folder as shown next.
